1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this website—and, when submitting an inquiry, checking the acknowledgment box—you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to submit a project inquiry on your own behalf. If you use the website for an organization or property owner, you represent that you are authorized to communicate on that party's behalf.

2. About this website

Aaron William Technology Solutions LLC provides information about smart-home integration, audio and video, security and cameras, networking and Wi-Fi, renovation or new-build technology planning, and related services in the Houston area.

Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. Services, service areas, availability, processes, and website content may change without notice.

3. An inquiry is not a service contract

Submitting a form, sending an email, speaking with us, or receiving general information does not create a contractor-client, adviser-client, fiduciary, partnership, agency, employment, or other professional relationship. We are not obligated to accept any project.

A project relationship begins only when the applicable parties accept a separate written proposal, service agreement, work order, or other project document. That document—not this website—will control project scope, products, pricing, deposits, timing, site access, client responsibilities, change orders, cancellation, warranties, dispute procedures, and other service terms.

4. Estimates, availability, and results

Website descriptions and preliminary conversations are not binding estimates or offers. Final recommendations and pricing may depend on a site assessment, construction conditions, drawings, wiring, network performance, equipment availability, permitting, third-party requirements, and the client's selections.

Project schedules and outcomes may be affected by product availability, shipping, manufacturer changes, hidden site conditions, utility or internet service, other trades, access, approvals, and events outside our reasonable control. Any commitments will be stated in the applicable written project documents.

5. Illustrative and AI-generated imagery

Images, videos, renderings, interfaces, room scenes, equipment displays, and other visuals on this website are used to communicate design direction and service concepts. They may be stock or licensed media, staged scenes, digitally enhanced images, conceptual renderings, or images created with artificial-intelligence tools.

Unless a visual is expressly identified as a completed Aaron William client project, it should not be understood as a portfolio photograph, a representation of a particular customer's home, an exact product configuration, or a promise that a project will look or perform identically. Actual products, finishes, interfaces, layouts, and results vary.

6. Third-party products and compatibility

Home-technology systems may depend on products, software, cloud services, subscriptions, internet providers, mobile platforms, utilities, and manufacturer support controlled by third parties. Features, compatibility, availability, pricing, cybersecurity practices, and support policies may change without our control.

References to a manufacturer, product, certification, or trademark are descriptive only. All third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. A reference does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, dealer status, or certification unless we state that relationship accurately and expressly.

Product-specific warranties and service terms are provided by the applicable manufacturer or supplier unless a signed Aaron William project agreement expressly provides otherwise.

7. Security, monitoring, networks, and connected systems

Cameras, locks, access controls, alerts, networks, automations, and other connected devices can support awareness and convenience, but no system can guarantee prevention of intrusion, theft, property loss, personal injury, cyberattack, equipment failure, or other harm.

Unless a signed project agreement expressly states otherwise, our services do not include central-station alarm monitoring, guaranteed police, fire, or medical dispatch, or a substitute for professionally designed life-safety systems or emergency services. Call 911 in an emergency and do not rely exclusively on an app, notification, camera, smart lock, network, or automation.

Performance may depend on electrical power, batteries, internet and cellular service, client accounts and credentials, subscriptions, software and firmware, third-party cloud services, radio conditions, device placement, and manufacturer support. Clients remain responsible for maintaining accounts, subscriptions, passwords, updates, and third-party services except to the extent a signed project agreement assigns a responsibility to us.

8. Remodeling and real-estate information

Website references to remodeling, renovation, construction planning, new builds, or real estate describe technology coordination and practical project experience. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, we do not provide architectural, structural-engineering, electrical-engineering, legal, tax, financial, brokerage, appraisal, title, property-inspection, or code-compliance opinions.

Clients and property owners are responsible for consulting appropriately licensed architects, engineers, electricians, inspectors, contractors, attorneys, real-estate professionals, or other specialists when their services are required. Permit, licensing, and code requirements depend on the work and jurisdiction and will be addressed in applicable project documents.

9. Permitted use

You may use the website only for lawful, personal, and legitimate business-inquiry purposes. You may not:

  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, harassing, unlawful, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or data.
  • Introduce malware, overload the website, bypass security controls, scrape protected information, or interfere with operation.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to act for a property owner or organization.
  • Copy, republish, sell, or exploit website content except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

We may restrict or block access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, our business, or third parties.

10. Intellectual property

The website's original text, layout, graphics, branding, logos, and other content are owned by Aaron William Technology Solutions LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to use our name, logo, or branding.

You may view and print limited website content for your personal evaluation of our services. Any other reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, commercial use, or creation of derivative works requires prior written permission unless allowed by law.

11. Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party websites or services for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, privacy practices, or products. A link does not necessarily mean we endorse the third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

12. Website disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or complete, or that general website information will remain current or be suitable for every property or project.

This website disclaimer applies to website use and preliminary information. Warranties, if any, concerning paid services or installed products are governed by the applicable signed project documents and manufacturer terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aaron William Technology Solutions LLC and its members, employees, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or its general content.

This limitation does not replace the liability provisions of a signed project agreement and does not limit liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable non-waivable consumer rights.

14. Responsibility for misuse

You are responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or submission of content you were not authorized to provide, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through the website is handled. Providing a phone number is optional. Calls or texts require the separate permission presented on the contact form, and that permission may be withdrawn as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law and location

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes concerning these Terms or website use will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Harris County, Texas.

Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so the concern can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved informally.

17. Changes, severability, and waiver

We may update these Terms when the website, services, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
